Important Update to Our Points Programme
We're making some changes to our Points Programme in preparation for upcoming changes within the UK vaping industry.
From 17 September 2026, customers will no longer earn new points on purchases.
If you already have points on your account, you can continue to redeem your existing balance as normal until 30 September 2026.
What you need to know
- You will no longer earn new points on purchases.
- Your existing points are still available to use.
- Please redeem any remaining points on or before 30 September 2026.
- From 1 October 2026, points can no longer be redeemed and any remaining balance will expire.
We recommend using your available points before the deadline so you don't lose any of the rewards you've already earned.
We appreciate your understanding as we make these changes in response to the evolving regulations affecting the UK vaping industry.
Please remember: use your remaining points by 30 September 2026.
