COVID-19 UPDATES | My Vape Store

We would just like to start off by saying a massive thank you to everyone that has supported us through these strange times, we hope everyone is well and staying safe.

As you maybe aware, the Prime Minister stated: “From 15 June, we intend to allow all other non-essential stores, ranging from department stores to small independent shops to reopen."

We would like to give you some solid information on our stores and opening times for over the next few months.

 

Opening Times

ALL our stores will be open from 10am – 5pm Monday to Saturday and Sunday 11am – 4pm! J

We are still operating our click and collect service at our Newton Abbot store.

The stock levels on our website are linked only to the Newton Abbot store. If you would like to find out if one of the other stores have the product you need then please feel free to call us on 01626897776 and select your local store.

 

When visiting our stores:

We will be limiting the number of customers in the store, overall and in any particular congestion areas, for example doorways between outside and inside spaces.

We encourage customers to use hand sanitiser or handwashing facilities as they enter the premises to reduce the risk of transmission by touching products while browsing.

We encourage customers to avoid handling products whilst browsing, if at all possible.

We encourage customers to shop alone where possible, unless they need specific assistance.

We may remind customers who are accompanied by children that they are responsible for supervising them at all times and should follow social distancing guidelines.

Use outside premises for queuing where available and safe, for example some car parks.

We have clearly designated positions from which colleagues can provide advice or assistance to customers whilst maintaining social distance.

 

 

We know just as much about this virus as everyone else, if any of our staff ask for help in keeping in the guidelines of the social distancing rules, then please help us by following the instructions.
